WIN STREAMS

The equity stream focuses on minimizing the inequity of different social groups and demolishing unjust social constructs. Equity concerns intersections in our identity and discerns how each aspect shapes our experience. Unfair social treatment due to gender inequality, racism, social and economic status, homo/transphobia, etc.. would be covered in the equity stream.

As technological growth spurs global development, problems such as global warming and pollution emerge as a product of fossil fuel-based infrastructure. Faced with these crises, humanity is challenged to find new ways and build more recent, more sustainable development models. As the next generation, the sustainability stream would seek to improve our existing systems and minimize the present damage to our environment.

Gen Zs face an entirely new world different from any other decade or century; after the development of the internet, technology has become an increasingly inseparable part of our society. This brings the question, how can we use this new system to our advantage? What are new opportunities emerging from this development, and what will the future be like? The innovation stream would adventure into discussions that concern emerging tech, future growth, and, most importantly, what is our generation’s role in it.
