    Our Team Values

    At the heart of the WIN team is the desire to make our respective communities a better place. Coming from diverse backgrounds, we translated the richness of our cultures into nuanced perspectives that we form on global issues. We care deeply about equity, sustainability, and innovation, and hope to inspire the same awareness among our peers. Our passion for activism stems from our understanding of the fact that the only way to ensure change happens is to be the change ourselves. We know you will be part of that change too.

    WIN is something I always thought the world needed; an open platform for young leaders all around the world to have open communication and form bonds on combating global issues. I firmly believe that by establishing cross-national understandings and alliances we could construct our own future, even amongst the political polarization and turbulence of our environment.

    Despite our age, students are in a unique place of power to affect our systems of education, and I wanted WIN to harness that power. One stick breaks, and a bundle perseveres. WIN will be a bundle for positive change within our global school communities. Looking forward, WIN will be the first of many ventures I plan to carry out to make a difference in the world my generation will inherit.

    WIN provides the best platform for young pioneers around the globe who wish their voices to be heard, understood, and challenged. It’s a safe space to embrace our identity through constant exposure to global issues and the temptation to solve them for a better future. Without the constraint of distance, gender, and race, the network links all of us, forming a web that shines light into every crevice in this world. Changes start with us.
